It is a foam mattress and is queen-sized, as mentioned above. Like other foam mattresses, this one is soft, while conforming to your body so that it remains relatively firm. I think it is an incredibly comfortable mattress that most people should be able to enjoy sleeping on. For the price to some, it may not be entirely worth it, but a good mattress is going to cost you some money and it will ultimately be worth it because what’s more important; saving a few dollars or sleeping in a comfortable bed that doesn’t ruin your spine over a period of several years?
