We bought the Sealy Level 11 Visco Queen mattress because we were both having back pain. We had heard very good things about the memory foam and felt this bed was very comfortable when we tried it in the store. Once we got it home we had an issue because there was a tiny black mark on the mattress.

You could barely see it, but apparently any mark will nullify the warranty. Therefore they brought us a new mattress. Over the next few days we became a little concerned about the firmness. It was a little too firm. We had been told that it takes a few weeks to get used to it.

This was generally true, but we still feel it’s a little firmer than we would have liked. Also, it definitely is a bit warmer than a regular mattress so it can be a bit hot in the summer. This biggest advantage in this type of mattress is that you don’t feel your partner move during the night.

Definitely helps for a less broken sleep through the night. The size of the bed, queen, was perfect for us. We had considered a queen, but there is enough room for both of us.

We are both about 6 feet tall. Our backs did get better over the next few weeks and months so there must be something to the reported improved support. All in all we are happy with the purchase, but should have found a model that was a little less firm.
