Sealy Bed Mattress – King This Sealy Posturepedic mattress was an investment that my husband and I thought would have long term benefits not only on our sleep but also on my husband’s chronic back problems. I have to admit, it was definitely comfortable; I cannot dispute that. It was firm, yet not board firm, there was still some softness in it.

I say was because I had to get rid of this mattress within the year. Towards the end of the year, it felt as if it were sagging in the middle. Now, it was still comfortable, and we still were able to enjoy it; it still helped my husband with his back issues, but the quality seemed to diminish as it was being used.

My husband and I even commented that we were getting closer and closer to each other as the bed started sagging in the middle. The size of the mattress was great, until we had to turn it over after about 3 months. That was horrible! We probably needed 4 or 5 people to help.

This review is of my Sealy Posturepedic Mattress. It’s a king-size, shared by me and my wife, with the occasional jumping kid, and we’ve had it for about three years now. I’ve got to say that it’s one of the more comfortable mattresses that I’ve ever owned.

I can go a whole night and finally wake up without any back pain. It’s held up pretty well, too, despite two moves and two kids. Not sure where it’s made, but the stitching doesn’t show very much wear at all.

It’s a little on the expensive side, but make sure to shop around, as prices vary pretty widely. Be sure to note your model number when comparing prices, to make sure that you’re not getting scammed by a bait and switch. Also, the Posturepedic is very heavy.

If you move frequently, this is not the mattress for you. Either get used to having a mattress on the ground floor, or get on good terms with a group of STRONG friends. On the whole, though, I’m satisfied with the Posturepedic.

Sealy gets about 4.5 stars from me, with only minor points taken off for the weight and bulk issues, as well as for the price we ended up paying.

I bought my Sealy Posturepedic a couple of years ago. It is a queen size, firm mattress. Having just had a baby, we were on a limited budget and spending the money on a new mattress was a little hard to swallow but I needed something that would give me a comfortable and quality night sleep while I could get it.

When we went to the furniture store and began our mattress search, we were originally going to settle for the cheapest mattress we could find. After “trying out” the mattress as the store and then following up that with some research we found that the Sealy was a high quality company aimed at giving you a great nights sleep. We decided that it was worth the investment to get a mattress that would be comfortable and long lasting.

The Sealy has done just that for me. Both me and my husband are able to get a good nights sleep on our Sealy and wake up with out the aches and pains we were feeling on our previous mattress. Not only has our Sealy provided us with continuous good nights of sleep but it has been a high quality mattress. We have had no trouble with the mattress sagging or losing is spring.

Probably the only complaint I have had with my Sealy mattress is that the mattress is rather hard to turn. I have also had trouble being able to keep my fitted sheets attached at the bottom. These problems have overall been very minor and the Sealy has been a top quality mattress that I would highly recommend to others

We just bought a Sealy Posterpedic Mattress at Sears for $1,100.00, it was on sale and we hadn’t a new one for 25 years. It is a Queen size standard mattress not a pillow top. It is semi-firm, which is great for my back and legs. It is higher then the previous mattress and that has been an adjustment.

I would recommend this because it is one mattress that you don’t need to get special sheets for and it is very comfortable. It is also easy to turn over if necessary or turn around. However, I do wish that it had handles on the side so you could do this easier and the binding on the side was a little smaller. When you sit on the edge of the bed the binding is irritating

My queen Sealy Posturepedic mattress has lasted me ten years strong and provides adequate and comfortable back support. I have a number of back issues and my current mattress is the best I have had in helping me sleep through the night without waking up with a sore or stiff neck and back.

The mattress is very firm yet still extremely comfortable and the size is perfect for my husband and I. The Sealy Posturepedic design allows simultaneously for firmness and a luxurious comfort, and I never feel as though I am sleeping on a stiff board.

The mattress is not that cheap if you buy a legitimate one from a proper dealer. However, this is the best mattress you can get that combines quality and health if you don’t want to drop over $1000 for a tempurpedic or similar brand. The warranty that comes with Sealy is not as all-inclusive as some other brands, but thankfully I have never had to use it.

I have had a sealy posturepedic for the last two years and I have never looked back since. I bought a queen size bed and I have more than enough room to move around or to have someone else join me. The shape is nearly square so it can fit in virtually any room.

The bed is firmer than the last mattress I had which gives me more support for my body and so far has yet to show signs of sagging. In terms of comfort, I can pretty much lay in any position I want and still get I good night’s sleep from my mattress. In the last year, I have been able to fall asleep faster and wake up earlier.

I get less groggy when I wake up and my body becomes less sore from strenuous activity after a night of sleep on my mattress. So far I have only found two problems with my mattress: One is that because of its firmness, the mattress is extremely heavy and becomes hard to move around if you want to adjust your room.

The other problem I have is that the mattress is very susceptible to stains and once you get one on the bed, it’s nearly impossible to get it off. Overall, I would definitely recommend this bed because for the price you pay for this mattress (around $450), you certainly get your money’s worth of benefits and beyond.
