Pros
- light weight
- no need to flip. Another ”
- the quality construction that is evident when moving the mattress.
- There is a solid feel to it which can only be appreciated if you’ve moved cheaper, lower quality mattresses.

Cons
- price if you’re unable to afford this deluxe model. I paid close to $1,000 for my queen size.
- the depth of the mattress. Since I hadn’t bought a mattress in many years, all my sheets were for the thinner mattresses, so my fitted sheets don’t have deep enough corners to fit properly. I had to buy new sheets which is also expensive.

I own a queen size Sealy Posturepedic Pillow Top Mattress Deluxe Ultra Plush. I bought it after sleeping 3 nights on the same type of mattress at a hotel and slept better than I have in years.

It has just the right amount of give and is still firm enough for the right back support. The plus pillow top makes it unnecessary to buy anything more than a basic mattress pad.

The construction is high quality and I expect that I’ll never have to buy another mattress ever again. This is the first mattress I’ve bought in many years, and the design of mattresses is now very different, at least for this mattress. There’s no need to flip the mattress over to ensure even wear.

Only one side of the mattress is for sleeping, so rotation only has to be clock or counterclockwise. This makes it very easy to rotate it periodically. Additionally, the mattress is very light, compared to older models.

I appreciate this as I have to lift it up a bit when rotating as I have a bed skirt and changing sheets is also easier due to the lighter weight.

Pros
- Great back support and a durable,
- quality mattress!

Cons
- May be too firm for some and take some getting used to if you usually sleep on a soft mattress.

I own this mattress in a full. It is a good size for a single person, but less than ideal for a couple. My boyfriend recently moved in so sharing the bed has proven to be a tad of an annoyance.

The bed is not terribly high, either. For me, this is the ideal mattress. It is very firm without being hard or harsh. It provides strong support without sacrificing any softness.

It is extremely comfortable. I wake up well rested without any body aches or pains. I have slept on my boyfriend’s mattress, which is very soft and between the two beds, we both choose my posturepedic.

He even said that his back does not hurt anymore since he began sleeping on my bed! The price is a little high, but this was a present from my parents as it was my first full bed (moving up from a twin). It does not sink down in the center like some softer mattresses and there are not any stray springs.

The salesman also said that this bed is supposed to last for a very long time without losing any firmness.

Pros
- quality materials
- high comfort

Cons
- higher price tag
- a bit on the larger size (not great for smaller spaces)

This mattress is absolutely wonderful. Since I’ve used it I haven’t woken up with back pain once and I’ve had it for six months now. The mattress is very supportive and not to soft or firm. It retains it’s shape very well and is very low upkeep, I haven’t had to turn it or flip it over like I used to with my old spring mattress.

It also cleans nicely and has been good on my allergies. I’ve slept very well on this mattress, I don’t toss and turn as much and I wake up less often. I feel like I get a better quality, deeper sleep. This mattress is very thick. When my husband moves it doesn’t wake me up. The materials seem to be of very high quality and I am really pleased.

I purchased a King Size Pillow Top Sealy Posturepedic Mattress because I wanted the extra room. The mattress is seams to be almost double in size than a queen size mattress. It is extremely larger. Works great for those who loves to spread out comfortably in while they sleep. The pillow top provides extreme softness while asleep. The King size I purchased was not a firm mattress so now that is has been almost 2 years it does bow in the middle making it a little uncomfortable. So make sure that if you purchase a mattress this size you buy one that is firm otherwise you may find that your mattress bows in the middle as well. Other than that it is a great mattress. When I purchased the mattress I paid about 650.00 for it. I found that to be pretty reasonable.

Pros
- Great balance of softness and rigidity.
- Conforms well to the shape of your body.

Cons
- Will be too short for taller men.
- Needs to be rotated to “re-fluff” matted down pillow top.

This mattress is honestly the nicest mattress I have ever owned. I have been sleeping on it for fours years and it still provides as wonderful a night of sleep as it did when I first purchased it. With over three inches of soft, pillow top, it conforms to the shape of your body, relieving any pressure on your joints, while still maintaining enough rigidity for a good night’s sleep.

But, unlike other pillow tops, this one maintains its shape and fluffiness after years and years of use. To help preserve that nice pillow top for as long as possible, I would recommend rotating the mattress once or twice a year. As for the size, this mattress is easily long enough for an average to tall size man, and roomy enough to comfortably sleep two average size adults.

Most queen size bedding sets will fit well over this mattress, although those with deep pockets seem to fit best. All in all, I would recommend this mattress for anyone seeking a good balance of softness and rigidity. I tend to like a rigid mattress, and my wife tends to like a softer mattress; this mattress is the perfect compromise!

Pros
- prefect softness
- firmness and was a great value

Cons
- the pillow is only on one side so we could never flip the mattress if we needed to
- difficult to find sheets at times

The mattress was purchased because my wife and I needed size and she needed extra softness for her back problems. This mattress has exceeded our expectations. The mattress is soft enough for us with just enough firmness to give her the extra support that she needs.

For a queen mattress, we have plenty of room to cuddle together or retire to our separate sides without disturbing each other. I am 6′ tall with size 13 feet, and I am able to lay flat without hanging over the edge. We allowed her parents to borrow the mattress when they visited us and they both were very comfortable, despite them both being slightly overweight with muscle and joint pains.

This mattress is probably the best of what Sealy has to offer. It’s Queen size is perfect for couples and reasonably priced at under $1600. The mattress is very soft and comfortable but at the same time very firm in that it doesn’t sink down.

It’s also very durable after a few years use it still feels very comfortable. The best thing about this particular mattress is the firm support, it keeps the mattress feeling new for years. The only con to a mattress like this is that the wonderful pillow top adds a few inches to the already tall mattress making this mattress much higher than other mattresses which can be a bit difficult climbing up.

Pros
- Great price.
- Long standing recognized name brand.

Cons
- The sheets in the corner tend to roll away from the mattress.
- The indentions in the mattress from lying in the same position.

The size is compatible for most sheets and other comparable King mattresses. In regards to softness, the pillowtop is plush and soft. However, after a couple years, the mattress begins to become indented especially in areas where the most lying is done. Even after flipping it several times, the indentions are still there. Over time, the softness begins to lose it quality. I purchased this mattress several years and initially very impressed with the price, value, and quality of the name brand. It is a great mattress. However, after a couple of years, it seems to lose it uniqueness. The sheets in the corner tend to roll away from the mattress. This was very annoying. Regardless of how many flat sheets were used, the problem persisted.

Pros

Cons
- not able to find the correct sheet to cover the pillow top mattress
- he softness of the pillow top

When I purchased my home, one of things that I was excited about purchasing first was my bed. I always thought it was overrated to buy a name brand bed. How wrong was I when I first tried out my new Sealy Posturepedic. One of the reasons why I decided to go with a Sealy was due to the rave reviews I received from my friends who had one in their homes.

Since I’ve purchased my Sealy Posturepedic, I know that I am guaranteed a good nights rest. I find my bedroom being my favorite room in the house. I currently have a queen sized pillow top Sealy Posturepedic. I personally love soft beds, though I know of people who prefer firm beds. I suppose this is why the Sleep Number bed was invented; to accommodate each person’s sleeping preferences.

In my opinion, the bed serves as a sanctuary – while lying in the bed, you are literally enveloped in its plush softness. Two pros of the mattress are its durability and easy cleaning. I have moved the bed a total of three times, the bed is strong and the move has not compromised its shape, strength or form.

In terms of cleaning, I spilled a cup of cranberry juice on my bed one day, and surprisingly, I used Resolve and Shout to get it out. You wouldn’t even be able to tell that I had spilled anything on it.

Pros
- Its a great mattress and we get a good nights sleep.

I do have a Sealy Posture Pedic Mattress. Which I purchased at Sears Holiday Sale for $375.00, which included the mattress and Boxed Spring. You cannot flip the mattress but you can turn in from head to toe. It is a Queen Size, medium firm and is 2 yrs. old. It is a plain top.

After 2 yrs. I turn the mattress the other day to rotate the pressure points and it worked out great. I have to say that my husband and I get great sleep and we don’t wake up crabby. I wish i would have gotten this mattress 10 years earlier. Don’t wait to get a mattress, it makes all the difference in the world on getting a good nights sleep.

We thought about the new pillow tops but we could not use out existing sheets, and we were on a tight budget for getting new sheets that would the corners of the mattress. But I made the right decision. I suggest that you wait for the holidays sales, free delivery and that they can take the old mattress away.

Pros
- Luxuriously Large Soft, but not too soft

Cons
- No handles for easy moving

This Queen size, quilt top mattress is the perfect size bed for two people. If you get this mattress after sleeping on a Full Size for years, it is so luxurious. I was worried that the plushness would be too soft for me, but so far that is not a really a problem.

I have often had the problem of being able to feel the coils in a mattress, even in new ones, but with this one that has not happened. I think that is probably because there are a variety of layers of foam inside the mattress which are strong enough to cushion the sleeper from feeling the coils. One thing that I do not like about the mattress is that it does not have handles on the sides like other mattresses I have owned.

Although it is fairly light, this still made it complicated to move without worrying about ripping it by holding onto the fabric itself. It was also a little more pricey compared to other mattresses I have bought in the past. But hopefully if it holds up for many years it will be worth the extra cost. All in all this is definitely the best choice I’ve ever made when buying a bed.

Pros
- Super cushy soft
- One person can toss and turn without the other feeling any movement

Cons
- A futon is more comfortable.
- The pillow top seems to retain heat making it tough to sleep in a room without an air conditioner. Luckily I bought an air conditioner next.

I recently purchased a Sealy Posturepedic mattress, Queen size. It is moderately soft and firm. In all honesty, it is not more comfortable than the futon I had prior to this purchase, but it is certainly the most comfortable bed that I have ever owned. When two people are sleeping the coils allow one person to move around without disturbing the other, which you certainly don’t get with a futon.

The mattress is very deep due to the pillow top, so be sure to take this into consideration when buying sheets. Also, for shorter people like me, you may want to go with a low profile frame to account for the extra height of the mattress, otherwise you may need a boost to get into bed at night!

Pros
- maintenance
- comfort

Cons
- the price
- a really heavy mattress, you will diffidently need someone to help you pick it up

I have a twin size on a low frame. It’s rather tall for a twin bed; Somewhere around a foot tall. Even with it’s height and pillow top the length is not effect so it’s still a normal size twin and not an extra long. It’s a firm mattress but the pillow top gives it just a little bounce.

The only big problem with the pillow top being bouncy is that you have to change the side you get off every now and then because the pillow part moves to one side after about six months. I’ve had my pillow top for about 5 years it went back and forth to college and has still held up with out a scratch.

At first there was a problem trying to figure out how to clean it with the pillow top, you see I didn’t want to use the carpet cleaner as was a popular way to do this. But I discovered I could spray fabreeze and then lay a towel over it and steam clean by Ironing. It left the mattress smelling and looking great. My mattress remains very white and very clean.
