Pros
- Best of both worlds, soft and supportive.
- Great because you can’t feel the other person toss and turn.

Cons
- Not easily cleaned.
- Animals can puncture the foam, so puppies have to stay out of bed.

About a year ago my husband started experiencing terrible back pain. We decided our bed may be the cause, so we began searching for a new mattress. Out of probably hundreds of mattresses the Tempur-Pedics were what we kept coming back to.

What drew us to the Rhapsody was the fact that it could be supportive for his back while still being soft and comfy for me because of the memory foam. We’ve been sleeping on it for right about a year and while my husband has a medical condition that causes back pain, he’s seen a significant decrease in the overall pain as a result of this bed. Another thing I love about the memory foam is that my movements do not affect him.

I like to read at night and can sit up and move around without disrupting his sleep. We decided on a queen, which is plenty of room but looking back we’d prefer a king. The reason for this is the fantastic adjustable frame that allows you to tilt your legs or head up.

With a queen the whole bed moves as one, but if we had gotten king we could have had 2 separate frames which would have allowed one of us to sit up while the other reclined.

We were unsure at the time because the “king” is actually 2 full size mattresses together, but it would have been a fine trade off. The frame does not come standard with the mattress, but is a great addition that Tempur-Pedic offers. I highly recommend any Tempur-Pedic mattress. I have never slept so peacefully in my life.
